The shop has everything you may need. However, the walkways in store are too narrow, especially by the tills. The queue was extra long and you could not tell who was in the queue or looking for items on shelves. Staff were polite and helpful though.

I used to really love Superdrug, but the new manager here has run this store into the ground. *Never enough staff on till. There will be 1 person on the checkout and a queue of 20+ customers. Its actually ridiculous. *New staff just standing around talking into their headsets, comes across very unapproachable. *New manager is more concerned about ticking boxing, " do I want a perfume, a fabric bag, a sim card," than focusing on customer service, experience or satisfaction. *As a retailer you shouldn't make customers feel forced into a 'Clubcard', make the reasonable prices avaliable to everyone *Christina is the glue that holds that store together, it's literally gone to the pitts under the new management.

The lack of customer service at this store is disheartening. There seems to be a strong emphasis on completing tasks rather than attending to customers' needs, especially in the make-up sections. It would greatly improve the experience if store employees took the initiative to acknowledge customers and offer assistance. While the store is well merchandised and presents a wide range of offers, it is crucial for them to prioritize service alongside their tasks in order to create a more positive and customer-oriented environment.

Had a horrible experience with the new shop manager Rony, no help whatsoever very rude to the customer and when other staff tried to help me Rony was making it into a issue so it just made me and the staff feel so awkward

Disgusting customer service. Awful horrible experience, went boots instead. (Asked for help to find some sunscreen, got given attitude and not even shown where the product is, and the lady in make up aisle has no knowledge of the products she sells either therefore redirected me to the manager🤦🏻‍♀️) …

They have more makeup brands than superdrug in waltham cross, but this man (staff) followed me around and just made me feel uncomfortable in general, really weird. For secondary student and sixth formers/college students it’s one at a time…it shouldn’t be for the older ones.

Really over priced in comparison to Tesco club card membership prices, almost double the price in Superdrugs but obviously there more choices on offer at Superdrugs.
